Hop into one of our buggys and join us to explore the beautiful coastline and farmland around Te Mania Angus Stud. Our farmer guided tours will take you from animal pasture, to beach and into pockets of native New Zealand forest.

Follow the shoreline and cruise along the beach, keep an eye out for Hector’s dolphins that regularly feed in the area. Then, head over active farmland and meet Te Mania’s prized bulls and see what makes them so globally sought after. Then, ascend the the mountain peak and take in the expansive views of the Pacific Ocean. On a clear day you can see the Kaikōura Peninsula all the way to Christchurch’s Port Hills. Finish up at the iconic Saloon Bar for a drink, filled with interesting memorabilia.

Combined with regular stops, history and light refreshments, this is a unique and personal way to experience New Zealand agriculture at its best.
